AMONG ED-IS HE FOR REAL AS PAMPANGA GOVERNOR?

Among Ed Panlilio, the incumbent governor of Pampanga has been testing the waters for a possible presidential bid in the May 2010 Philippine elections but yesterday his own election as governor of Pampanga was put into serious doubt when the Supreme Court’s justices voted unanimously ordering the COMELEC for a recount of votes and junked the petition of Gov. Among Ed Panlilio seeking to stop the recount. Lilia Pineda filed an electoral protest citing, among others, alleged misreading of ballots cast just days after Among Ed‘s proclamation . The case was stalled then when Among Ed secured a court order on February 18, 2008 stopping the Comelec from recounting the votes in the gubernatorial race.

Among Ed could be one of the alternative presidential candidates
for the presidency sans the TRAPOS and a possible leader of the so called THIRDFORCE but some analysts said the priest-turned governor and his possible running mate Isabela Gov. Cielo Padaca is still not ripe for 2010.

One question keeps popping into my mind, Is Among Ed for real as the duly elected governor of Pampanga? Priests loves to teach us,“the truth will set us free”. If he has nothing to hide, why not let the law takes it course and not avail himself of the legal goobledygook just to stop the truth from setting us all free? Anyway baka di pa maresolba ang kasong ito, mag-eleksyon na lang ulit. What do you think?
